Evidence based and trauma informed

Most importantly, I meet you where you are, respect that you are the expert of your life, and will serve as a supportive guide and witness on your journey towards creating a meaningful and fulfilling life. I utilize an attachment/relational, trauma informed, anti-oppression lens while utilizing many approaches depending on your needs including somatic and mindfulness, IFS/parts work, EMDR, and EFT. For couples, I utilize an Emotional Focused Therapy approach while also integrating information and aspects of other helpful approaches such as Gottman Method.

INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLES THERAPY

Therapy is an opportunity to examine what is and isn’t working, to shift old patterns and uncover our innate capacity for healing. It is also an opportunity to learn more about all the parts of ourselves and how to best support our growth and our needs.

I provide a warm, active, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy for individual teens, adults and couples.

While I work with a wide range of issues and concerns, my areas of focus include exploration of identity, anxiety, trauma, career and life transitions, burnout recovery, and phobias. I tend to be a good match for medical, mental health, tech and entertainment professionals and college students as well as anyone exploring their gender/LGBTQIA+ and/or Neurodivergent identity (identities), particularly late identified autistic and/or ADHDer folx.

I bring my authentic self as a queer, trans, neurodivergent person, working with a collaborative and engaging style.
